[Mott] Run I/II Asymmetry and Rate Tables

All, 

Sorry for the delay in getting these to you. Attached is 3 spreadsheets. All the data is with our standard ToF and energy cuts. No addition of a systematic uncertainty due to choice of cuts in either dA or dR. 

Run1Run2SummaryTables.xlsx contains three sheets: sheet Asym+Rate with a table of Foil Number, Thickness, Physics Asymmetry, and Average Rate; sheet All Asym with all physics, detector, and beam asymmetries; and sheet All Rates with all uncertainties except due to choice of cuts accounted for, rates broken down by detector. 

Run1_ARC+Dilution.xlsx contains all Run 1 data from the asymmetry vs foil thickness study. Likewise for Run2_ARC+Dilution.xlsx. From these two spreadsheets Run1Run2SummaryTables is formed. 

.xlsx and .ods versions of these spreadsheets, along with images of tables can be found on the wiki at https://wiki.jlab.org/ciswiki/index.php/Analysis_Campaigns .
