[On_site_list] JLab Energy Reduction Action Notification

ELECTRIC DEMAND REDUCTION NOTIFICATION: 

Jefferson Lab has been notified to reduce its electric load before 2 
p.m. today.

All staff should turn off lights and electrical equipment that are not 
needed. 

Designated staff should begin securing designated loads. All unnecessary 
loads should be down/secured by 1:50 p.m. today.  DO NOT start or run 
any intensive energy-consuming operations.

Computer Center Update:  The Computer Center batch farm, LQCD clusters 
and Mass Storage System (Jasmine) will be down during the power 
outage/reduction.
