General warnings. The VTA/VSA is also a radiation area when high power tests are being preformed. In addition to flip signs indicating a change in state, the megenta beacons on each shield lid are an indication that high power operation is enabled. Individuals who have not approved to be in the VTA/VSA during high power operation as per the RWP are required to leave the area during high power testing.
New step 2.2 added and subsequent steps renumbered: The VTA / VSA is a radiation area when high power tests are being performed. In addition to flip signs indicating a change in state, the magenta beacons each shield lid are an indication that high power operation is enabled. Individuals who are not approved to be in the VTA / VSA during high power operation as per the VTA RWP are required to leave the area during high power testing.
Step 7.3. There is a bug in at least one of the NAs. If all of the selections are blank choose the cal kit 85514A then choose cal kit 85515A. {I do not know what it works but it does and I reported it to Keysight.}
Second bullet of 7.3 revised to add NOTE.
On the next screen, select:
· Connector: Type N
· Cal Kit: 85515A
NOTE: If all of the selections are blank, choose the Cal Kit 85514A and then choose the Cal Kit 85515A.
· Port 1 check box yes, select Female
· Port 2 check box no
· Cal Type: OSL
Step 7.7 if you interrupt the calibration process, restart it or do one of the standards multiple times the percent complete will likely be in error it is better to look for the small check marks above the green open short load boxes.
New step 7.8 added and subsequent steps renumbered: Verify that the calibration process was completed correctly by verifying that there is a check mark for each of the Open, Short, and Load boxes. If any boxes are missing a check mark, perform that portion of the calibration process before continuing.
Will be approved after the above comments are addressed.
