It does. I'm able to access the routing, and routed a new document just to check. I'm writing an all clear email to the SOTRs right now actually. Thank you again for fixing this for us.

Not sure what is causing this issue - I will try rebooting the server but it will have to wait until the end of day. Hopefully, it will function properly afterwards.

To whom it may concern,

We appear to be having an issue with the routing system of Docushare. One of the approvers for SNSPPU-INSP-HEHDP-R3<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Services/Document-231208> attempted to approve the document, but received an error. I checked it on my end, and got the error code 28 when I clicked on the routing. I checked several other travelers, and they all displayed the same error when I attempted to access their routing as well. Please look in to this and let us know what needs to be done so we can get back to approving travelers and procedures for pansophy.
