There is a file upload block on page 5, step 10. All of these different tests should exist in separate traveler instances. If a descriptive field needs to be added to describe what stage the window is in, we can do that.

I just showed Scott the issues with the P1 traveler and he agrees many steps were left out like where to input the window test data. Also is there a need to input all the testing done each step of the way ,for instance the off the shelf test of the C100 style windows , the flange attachment test, the wave guide attachment test and the multiple F100 flange attachment testing or just the final acceptance RF test.

Hi Anne,
If the author says the traveler is ready, then it's perfectly fine for you to move it in their stead. Please put it and any other travelers that are ready for approval into the ready for approvals folder, and I will route them for approval.
Allen

Hi Allen
We found a traveler in drafts where Mike is the author, where he said (see below) that its ready to be sent out for approval
Could you please get this started for the traveler P1-TUNE-WINCR-RFIN (the one attached is what I found in the drafts folder
>From Lenard's email there might be other travelers also for P1, hopefully Scott can help to sort that part out
Sorry I am not following the process - but I am not the author , so did not want to start moving travelers around in Docushare
Thanks Anne .....

Hi Anne,
This document should be sent around for whatever approvals are necessary.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Scott an Mike
Leonard was asking about the travelers for the P1 window tests - I found this in drafts folder from Mike - is it the right one , and if so is it ready to be sent out for approval ?
Leonard said he had a lot of data collected - just needs a traveler to put it into
Thanks Anne

Hi Scott
Could you let me know your plans for the P1 Window Traveler ?
Leonard called, and has lots of data , but nowhere to put it
We could clone a c100 Traveler if this is what you would like to do
Please let us know how we can help
Thanks Anne
