Hey Adam!

I noticed that all of the EBW travelers are sitting open and I then realized that I never went over closing travelers with you. Ideally, a traveler should be closed when the work is complete. When a traveler is closed, it looks the data in and it can no longer be edited. To close a traveler, there is a Yes/No radio button at the bottom right corner of the last page of the traveler. You select "Yes" and then hit submit.

It appears that the EBW traveler has 609 open travelers (this came up in the monthly Quality Board meeting). We also have a "Batch Traveler Closing" tool for instances like this. It can be found on the Traveler Menu under User Tools. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance!
