I fixed a couple things mentioned and set this back to R2.  I believe Roland wanted to leave the linked procedures as-is.

Today is my last day for awhile, the procedure is attached.  If you're both satisfied with it, it should be ready for approvals.  I'll put this in the Ready for Approvals folder too.

I was reviewing this traveler prior to routing. First of all, I wanted to be clear whether or not it was for the same C100R-CAV-RFIN-R2 that was recently disapproved. If so, I had a few questions. It is missing an R2 revision note, is it the same as the previous version or should it be something different? It should be mentioned that this should still be called R2. We don't advance the revision number until after a traveler is in the system.

There's also some fieldname grammar that needs to be revised. Several of the fieldnames are sequential and/or nondescriptive. For datamining purposes, we ask that the fields describe what data they are collecting. I can try my hand at naming them, or leave it to you if you would prefer.

I noticed a few special characters representing +/-. As a reminder, pansophy does not like special characters. It's an easy enough fix on my end, but it's something I ask authors to keep an eye out for.

Lastly, the linked procedures are extremely old. Both are well over a decade old at this point. Do the procedures need to be updated with new information and to the latest procedure template?
