At this stage, it's not sure if rectification is needed immediately. The plan is to try and install SEC 06 onto CM07, loosen the hardware at both ends of the elbow/bellows and see how well it corrects. There is a possibility that the elbow needs to be cut open and rotated, if determined necessary

Refer to the phase 1 and phase 2 measurements. There are multiple nonconformances, like seen on other SEC's. The most worrisome deviation is on the bridge tube angle, i.e. 4.8 degree out-of-tolerance, 5.3 degrees total deviation.
