Gigi,
I apologize for the delay, but we had to figure some stuff out first before I got back to you.
Due to ISO requirements, we have to make the forms you attached in your procedures revision controlled. That means they will go through approvals just like procedures and travelers. To that end, they are also now required to have a header and approvals list. We are still working on that, but in the meantime I've put together an interim header for the forms. I've attached both to this email for your review, however no changes have been made apart from the renaming and the addition of a header sheet. If they are acceptable, please let me know and I will route them for approval alongside their procedures.
Allen

Okay. So in that case, the requirements of the two procedures are different enough to need two different procedures?

Hi Allen,
no, I think the links are correct in the procedures.

Thank you. So I should update the link for SRF-MSPR-VTA-CAV-LPRF, and replace the one in SRF-MSPR-VTA-CAV-OST?

Hi Allen,
sorry, I've now updated the file associated with the Worksheet to calculate Qext of weakly coupled antenna<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-277422/Worksheet%20to%20calculate%20Qext%20of%20weakly%20coupled%20antenna.xlsx>
Thanks,
Gigi

Gigi,
I wanted to give you an update on your procedures, as well as ask a couple questions. First of all, I misspoke during our discussions on Friday, the STP area is closed and no longer accepting new documents. The new area is the SRF Operations Work Control Documents <https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-52402> folder, and the procedures should be master procedures. I am already in the process of converting the procedures as it's small stuff like changing the IDs, so you don't have to worry about that this time around.
That said, I do have some questions. When looking over the procedures, it was noticed that the Worksheet to calculate Qext of weakly coupled antenna<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-277422/Worksheet%20to%20calculate%20Qext%20of%20weakly%20coupled%20antenna.xlsx> in the now named SRF-MSPR-VTA-CAV-LPRF, and the OST processing data template<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-277414/OST%20processing%20data%20template.xlsx> in SRF-MSPR-VTA-CAV-OST are very similar. Should these references be pointing towards the same document, and if so which? If they should be separate templates, they will need to be renamed to create a uniformity in the naming convention while still differentiating the two from each other. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Allen
