Roger,
I think we can find a better way than using a spreadsheet.
We used to have a Maintenance Log sort of app within Pansophy used by Drury/Humphry.
It was retired many year ago when ATLis became the thing to do.
I'm sure we can do something similar.
Let's meet and go over some options.

We have the following document listing some major vacuum components and
when they are replaced:

Keeping track of when we replace components is useful in my view to keep
track of what was done and component lifetime. It could be used to see
if components fail more often in certain places etc. Some specialized
way to track would be easier than using the accelerator ATLis system.
Do you have an idea what would be a good way to do this?
Keep using an Excel sheet, make an Microsoft Access database, or
something else?
