[Pansophy] Project Execution files ready for approval

What do you think about adding a "Ready for Approvals" folder in the QMS Documents (owners) area to use to route all QMS documents for approval?  They could be routed with Adobe or Docushare, but that would be the place for all Process Owners to notify Allen documents are ready for routing.

Once approved, each approved document could live in the appropriate QMS Process folder, they are numbered with the process, so it shouldn't be too tricky to get them in the right folder once approved.

Hi Allen – I have not had an QMS procedure to send out for approval previously so I’m not sure how the previous revisions were handled.  I suspect that they were probably sent for approval through Adobe by Jacob but maybe Valerie or Ashley can confirm.

Where do I route these PEPs? I’m not seeing an approval folder in the root folder of the areas, and the previous revision doesn’t seem to be routed themselves. Is this one of those ones that I route with adobe?
