I have reworked the Competence Acknowledgment Forms areas of DocuShare.

  1.  I added a folder for CAFs that are ready for approvals at the top level. 00-Ready For Approvals (CAFs). No matter which group, a completed CAF should be put here.

All e-signs should be from this area.
There is also a sub-directory in this folder 01-Approvals Archive (CAFs) where completed versions can be kept (backup - only)

All current "completed" files were moved here.

Hopefully, this simplifies where to look for CAFs needing and in the process of approvals.


  1.  All Group Areas have been updated as follows:
     *   Completed folders:

                                                    i.     Contain a folder for each person labeled with full name and username and a C (ex. JohnFischer (fischer) C ). The C on the end designates Completed which simplifies changing the location of completed files.

                                                   ii.     A folder for any obsoleted users has been created , 02-Obsolete (DH Completed). Again, notated for the group and completed area.

     *   In Progress folders:

                                                    i.     Contain a folder for each person labeled with full name and username (ex. JohnFischer (fischer) ).

                                                   ii.     A folder for any obsoleted users has been created , 02-Obsolete (DH In Progress). Again, notated for the group and In Progress area.


  1.  All previously completed files have been moved into the correct user folder in the Completed folder.
  2.  All previous in progress files have been moved in the correct user folder in the In Progress folder.
