[Pansophy] AUPCAV WCD Register Questions ( AUPCAV WCD Register Approvals on hold)

Tony,

Naeem has requested, again, for the WCD Register to be sent for approvals.
Service Requests 470 (3/13/24) and 477 (3/22/24).

I have not yet heard your decision on the path forward.
I still have concerns that the procedures are not being followed and this request will set a precedent for future projects.
I have attached Naeem's latest WCD Register and a collection of excerpts from QMS Procedures.

I have the following questions:

  1.  Has Phil been consulted about the Traceability/Inventory plan as called out in his Procedure? Mike Dickey was surprised by Naeem's acronyms and lack of information on the serialization.
  2.  Have the Work Center Leads been consulted? This is called out in the Project Execution Process. The WCLs are to be informed of the Project requirements and included in the WCD planning.
  3.  The Work Center Leads are to write the WCDs. This is called out in the Production Process. Alex Castilla is listed as the author on ALL WCDs, except INV travelers. And I heard that he and Suba are writing the procedures and travelers. No mention of including WCLs.
  4.  The Production Procedure mentions Work Centers and Workstations, although not directly tied to writing travelers, but rather a function of workflow.
  5.  The Project Execution Procedure mentions that the Software Group needs to make sure the WCDs will fit within the software system.

I am currently not sending out the AUPCAV WCD Register until I hear your decision.
Please let me know how I should proceed.

If you would like to meet to discuss these questions, then my team has asked to be included in the discussion.
They would like to speak with you at some point, regardless of it being specific to AUPCAV, about the future of the Pansophy System.
