I talked to Valerie. We're not entirely sure, but somehow despite using the right template I wound up not having the uncontrolled sticker at the bottom. Pushing that confusion aside, I've remade the procedure (again) and have attached it for review. If it looks good (and maintains its sticker), I will route for approval.
I have also taken the liberty of updating the procedure templates in the m-drive template areas, so hopefully we'll start getting procedures in the right template going forward.

If Valerie is good with the template, then I'm good with it. I thought we had a version with the uncontrolled copy image in the footer, but maybe that was only for QMS documents.

Here's the revised version in what I assume is the correct template. I didn't see where it said Quality Manager, but I did replace Quality Representative with Engineer. Is that what you meant?

If everything looks good, let me know and I'll put it back out for approvals.

I usually just highlight from the F down or the bottom up and delete. I don't think it impacted the header.

Unfortunately you can't un-disapprove. I'm working on moving everything over right now. Is there a way to remove the form information at the bottom without removing the header? I remember that was an issue earlier.

I thought the form was R2 and this is on R1, it's missing the uncontrolled stamp in the footer.  Can you make the changes post-approval? If so, I'll approve it, Valerie suggested I reject it so those things could be fixed.

I saw your disapproval note, and since it's a simple fix I'm going ahead and working on it. I'm a bit confused with the bit about putting it in the latest revision of the procedure template, as that is what it is already in. Is there a different document template you would prefer I use?
