[Pansophy] C100R-CLNRM-CST-ASSY Procedures

Allen - I just added the procedure we need to have approved to the C100R Ready for Approvals folder.  C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-R1.

Valerie - I need to "obsolete" the C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2 procedure.  Is there a process for obsoleting a procedure in the DocuShare folder, or is it obsoleted just by removing the hyperlink from the traveler?

I will be uploading the revised C100R WCD Register shortly.  Since this change only impacts a single work center, only a verbal agreement from the impacted Group Lead is needed to make the minor change.  So the revised C100R WCD Register will not need to be routed for approval.

Correct - you will need to wait until I can get the procedure uploaded and approved, then I can update the traveler hyperlink and upload the traveler for approval.

I talked to Valerie yesterday, and we'll update the traveler to link to the documents directly.  We need to have further discussions to develop a process by which the hyperlinks can be updated as procedures are revised.
I also talked to Danny this morning, and we are merging the two procedures.  So the ASSY2 procedure will become obsolete, and the new ASSY procedure will be issued.  The C100R WCD Register will also need to be updated to reflect this change.
I am working on the revised traveler and new procedure, and hope to have them ready for approval later this week.

Hi Allen,  I need to talk to Valerie about the hyperlinks.  But the CAV-ASSY procedure is also not yet in DocuShare, so I think it will be several days before we can progress the traveler.

Both links go to the approved procedures folder. We require that our procedure links go to a specific document. I was looking over the C100R-CLNRM-CST-ASSY traveler prior to putting into pansophy when I noticed both the C100 1st assembly procedure for VTA qualification<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-41004> and the C100 Final Cavity Assembly Procedure for VTA Qualification<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-41004> went to the approved procedures folder. These will need to be updated to links going to specific procedures. What procedure links should I use for them?
