Liang,
I have a couple of questions and comments regarding these travelers.
*
What the status of the listed references that don't have a link? Are they live or still in development?
*
The cold shock and leak check child travelers need to have reference links, especially since they have screenshots and references to drawings. The drawing link can be within the traveler body, but must also be listed in the references section.
*
I noticed that these travelers aren't in the ER5C WCD. Please coordinate with Matt Weaks on getting them in. Also check with him to make sure the approvals, NCR, and D3 names are good.
*
I've added checkboxes to steps 3 and 4 of ER5C-CMA-FPFT. That way people can check off that they've completed the respective travelers.
*
I went and changed the document titles to remove the date. I also turned off track changes for now and updated the header. This was just a bit of cleaning up to help get them closer to being ready.
The revised travelers have been attached to this email. Please review them and make any additional changes you deem necessary. Once we've addressed everything above, we should be good to put the travelers into the ER5C ready for approvals folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-51713>. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen

Subject: ER5C field probe feedthrough inspection traveler for review
Hello,
Here are the inspection travelers for the ER5C cavity field probe that Roland purchased in later 2024.
Cold shock and leak check travelers are separated from the main traveler because they are at separate work centers.
Please let me know if you have any suggested changes. I would like to submit it to Docushare for approval early next week.
Thank you,
Liang
