Michelle,

I was reviewing your traveler before routing. It looks good, but I did have a question about it. You listed yourself as the only one who can clear a holdpoint for the traveler. Would it be wise to add another name or two incase you are unavailable to clear it?

I did also make some minor changes to better line the instructions up with the data entry fields, and added some words to better clarify.

I've attached the revised document to the email for your convenience. If everything looks good, let me know and I'll route. If not, I'll revert and route.
