Hi Valerie,
Unfortunately, no. We don't have anything in place or being investigated at this time. This project was paused several months ago due to lack of budget.
If we have budget for this project in the future, our path forward would most likely be DocuSign. Out of all the demos, we found that DocuSign meets the lab's needs best.
It sounds like you have a working process with DocuShare. For now, I would continue using that process.
Kind Regards,
Jessica

Subject: Site-wide e-sign? Doc dashboard?
Hello Jessica!
It has been awhile since I've heard anything on the site-wide e-sign.
Do we have something in place? being investigated? or a path forward?
Here in SRFOPS we are investigating software that can help us streamline our ISO and Quality documentation signoffs. We have been using DocuShare (DS) approvals because too many SRFOPS people found Adobe e-sign unfriendly. DS at least has a dashboard users could go to which lists all documents awaiting their reviews and approvals. We in software would prefer Adobe E-sign but that proves to be difficult to manage without some sort of dashboard. Do you have any recommendations or information we can use as we research software to help us?

Subject: Trial Account for Adobe Sign Product
Good Afternoon,
Below is the link to setup a trial account for the Adobe Sign product.
https://www.adobe.com/sign/developer-form.html
Our Adobe contact recommends using an alias email address, which wouldn't be used in production. Or, create an account using a personal email address. Since most of you wouldn't have an alias JLab email address, I would recommend using a personal email account to set this up.
Please reply to let me know if you are successful. If you run into any problems, I can pass that along as well to the Adobe team.
Kind Regards,
Jessica
