The next PEPPo collaboration meeting will be held at Jefferson Lab on
April 27 & 28. We have a variety of topics to address (see below)
which should make for a spirited and productive meeting. Our aim will
be to develop a thorough and complete punch list of all aspects of the
experiment necessary for successful installation and commissioning, and
similarly to evaluate the status of each item, e.g., complete, per plan,
needs attention, item to add/delete, etc. In addition, we will use the
opportunity to develop a proposal for beam time to the Jefferson Lab PAC
this summer, and assign writing responsibilities. We will invite some
non-collaboration participants to review our progress and status and
provide feedback.
If you have not already done so then please e-mail your proposed
talk/contribution to Eric (voutier at lpsc.in2p3.fr) and Joe
(grames at jlab.org) by the end of the weekend, April 10th. We will
collect proposed contributions, take liberty to suggest others as
necessary and distribute a draft agenda in advance of next week's PEPPo
status meeting. We recognize that we continue to work in a loosely
defined parameter space, however, our preparations for the collaboration
meeting should aim to narrow the desired experimental conditions. The
more we do this, the more rapidly we will converge.
If you are traveling to JLAB the Residence Facility has a block of room
reserved under "PEPPo Collaboration" until April 12th.

Finally, we will aim to interleave some social opportunities convenient
to our meeting.
Best regards,
Joe & Eric
