Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Just in case you missed it, the executive summary of our proposal to 
PAC38 is now available in the committee's final report (link below).

Also, I have to apologize for late notice to miss today's PEPPo 
meeting:  I am meeting w/ engineering staff to determine if it is 
possible to use our existing vacuum windows, if so then this means we do 
not need to change them over the holiday shutdown.

Beginning next year we should evaluate our meeting format so that it's 
most effective, e.g., foremost choosing a time suitable for everyone, 
defining an agenda w/ presentations a week in advance, distributing 
materials for discussion ahead of time, etc - making sure we use our own 
time wisely.  Nonetheless, thanks for the patience and flexibility 
everyone has evidenced this year!!!
