[PEPPo] JLAB and ACCELERATOR accounts

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

There are two types of computer account PEPPo collaborator need:

*JLAB Computer Account* - the one you get when you join the JLAB 
community as a User, with access to e-mail, personal disk space, ability 
to reach JLAB from offsite.  Support for this account can be through the 
Help Desk and the Computer Center web page:  https://cc.jlab.org/

*CEBAF Operations Account* - the one you will use to do the experiment, 
access the PEPPo DAQ, make log book entries, take data, control the beam 
diagnostics.  To get this account you must - after logging into a JLAB 
machine - go to the following web page to request an account:
https://mis.jlab.org/mis/ccpr/ccpr_user/ccpr_new_user_request-ACE.cfm?ACE-PR%25A0New%25A0Request

  * E-Mail address = your JLAB e-mail address
  * Category = ACE - USER Account
  * Subject = Operations account for PEPPO
  * Request = Need operations account for PEPPO in the ITS fiefdom.
