HI Larry,

Here are my edits with the exception of section 4 which will be re-written.
Other than edits I see 2 things to add:
1) Summary section with 2-3 paragraphs reiterating abstract, stating the 
bottom line
2) We never added text suggesting we'd like to do this during 12MSD - I 
think PAC will go away thinking we want 2 weeks in opposition to A/B/C

Edits below:

Abstract - replace "facility" with "apparatus"

P5 - Opening sentence beginning "Polarized and unpolarized..." appears 
twice.
P5 - Just don't know what "value of access" means
P5 - replace "facility" with "apparatus"

P6 - Change last sentence of first full paragraph "The methodology and 
beamtime requirements for the proposed experiment are described in the 
last section."
P6 - Change last sentence of Motivation intro from "...that will be 
tested...." to "...that would be tested...."

P7 - First paragraph, may want to extend sentence to say "...[Alex08], 
the latter of which represents the baseline polarized positron source 
concept for the ILC."
P7 - Second paragraph, eliminate the text "overcome the limitations of 
the approaches tried to date and"
P7 - Third paragraph, change "facility" to "apparatus"

P10 - Before Eq (3) wasn't clear what parentheses of "(un)polarized 
electron" mean wrt "polarized positron" before equation (5)
P10 - Next to last line, change "proved" to "proven"

P11 - First line, replace "point like" with "point-like"
P11 - There is extra line spaces between 1st/2nd and 2nd/3rd paragraphs

P12 - Last paragraph - replace "strained GaAs" with "strained 
superlattice GaAs/GaAsP"

P13 - Last sentence in first paragraph is out of place, will be 
discussed later, so eliminate
P13 - Second paragraph - replace "20nd" with "20th"
P13 - Last paragraph "beam's polarization" with "beam polarization"
P13 - Last paragraph, eliminate  ". The 5 MeV Mott polarimeter and 
spectrometer are used" so to concatenate the two sentences succinctly

P14 - First pull paragraph last sentence should read "5 MeV Mott 
polarimeter and spectrometer."
P14 - Last paragraph eliminate "segment PEPPo."

P15 - Fig. 4, add "(units are inches)"
P15 - Will discuss Wed, but I think to delete Table 1, just show broader 
parameters in Table 2.
P15 - Re-write sentence to be "Between 5 MeV dipole and the production 
target are two beam position monitors and two pairs of 
horizontal/vertical steering magnets and two quadrupole magnets."

P16 - Paragraph after figure 5 - "The positron collection solenoid and 
spectrometer follow the conversion target; both were previously used in 
a similar collection of <10 MeV positrons in the SLAC E166 experiment.  
The solenoid collects point-like source distribution from the conversion 
target and guides it into the spectrometer for momentum selection. as 
shown in Fig. 5."
P16 - Last paragraph, replace "an annihilation" with "a positron 
annihilation"
P16 - Last word, replace "consisting" with "consists"

P17 - Last paragraph first sentence "The final segment of the PEPPo 
beamline is the Compton transmission polarimeter which will be used to 
measure the CEBAF electron beam and both pair-produced electrons and 
positrons.  The measurement is made by first..."
P17 - Last paragraph, replace "positron polarimeter" with "polarimeter"

P18 - First sentence, "6 cm square sides"
P18 - First paragraph, replace "external field map..." with "external 
magnetic field"
P18 - First paragraph, replace "constraint" with "contrast with"
P18 - Last paragraph, replace "deposit" with "deposited"

P19 - In second paragraph replace "...from upstairs by simply 
powering..." ...remotely by powering"
P19 - Third paragraph replace "time to time" with "occassional"

*** Note, I am not sending edits for section 4 since it will be reworked ***

P38 - replace "1.5%" with "2%" to be consistent with earlier text
P38 - middle paragraph "(0.0, 0.1, ..." should read "(empty, 0.l mm, 1.0 
mm, 2.0 mm)"
P38 - middle paragraph, says we'll use "two reconversion targets" but no 
mention of thicknesses?

P40 - top paragraph - replace "for up to five different" with "at four 
different"
P40 - middle paragraph, last sentence replace "5 different positron" 
with "4 different positron"
P41 - Table 7 => energies should be 6.3 and beam current should be 1-4 uA
