[PEPPo] Weekly Status Meeting 6/29 at *** SPECIAL TIME 10:30 AM ***

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Our weekly status meeting will be tomorrow 6/29.  Please note it will 
start at a *** SPECIAL TIME 10:30 AM ***.  The meeting will be held 
locally in ARC 428 or you may call in 757-269-6121.

Clearly, there has been significant PAC38 e-mail chatter in our PEPPo 
pipeline.  However, to set this flag higher than the rest - *if you wish 
to make any comment or proposed edits to the proposal then I strongly 
encourage you ready carefully the document this evening and come 
prepared to the meeting tomorrow*.  As Larry stated, our final edits 
must be turned in by Thursday evening such that we may complete the 
submission process by this FRIDAY.

Following the PAC discussion, as time permits, we will go around the 
room for updates.  Next week we will return to our more usual agenda for 
updates regarding the installation and progress reports.
