[PEPPo] injector access for PEPPo punchlist

Hi Mike-PD,

I show below our shrinking list of tasks needing an injector access to 
complete the PEPPo installation.  If there is an access (controlled or 
restricted) lasting at least 1 hour then something useful can be done.  
Tasks listed in yellow are done by EGG & PEPPo.  If DC power has one 
body available then EES could complete hookup of 6 more trim magnets.  
I'd coordinate, prioritize parallel tasks during the access.

If acceptable then once you decide all we need to know is the day 
(Thursday or Friday) and start time (to enter injector).
Someone from PEPPo will be at the 3pm RECO meeting in MCC to learn the 
decision.
