[PEPPo] Review

Dear all,

In the perspective of the Readiness Review of january, we would like to 
prepare a short document (4-5 pages)
dedicated to the Commissioning of each components of PEPPo, and to be 
given to the reviewers. This document
should address the motivations for PEPPo commissionning, the goals and 
the procedures we wish to apply for
each components. It should not be seen as the whole set of measurements 
intented to be done for the PEPPo
experiment but the minimum set of measurements required to assess 
equipment is working appropriately and
safely, the ultimate successfull status of the commissioning being 
"ready for data taking".

The first version of this document must be ready for the weekly meeting 
of december 14th. The components that
will be discussed are :

    - Beam line (Joe/Yujong...)
    - Annihilation counter (Tony/Sadiq...)
    - Fiber array (Paul/Lekke...)
    - Polarimeter (Eric/Erica...)

The list of names is indicative and not restricted. You should be 
considered one single beam energy (6.3 MeV).

One may also consider a similar short document gathering the different 
simulation platforms we have and showing
simulation results for that same energy. This is something we may 
discuss on wednesday.

In practice, you may provide doc or latex files as long as your text is 
less that one page. If beyond, latex format is
mandatory.
