[PEPPo] Viewing JLAB internal web sites from Earth

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Many of you would like to view internal JLAB web site for ELOG and 
operations from off site.  Please find attached the PDF instructions for 
how to configure your SSH client (e.g., PUTTY) and your web browser 
(e.g., Firefox) to be able to see everything.  This is very useful.  Do 
this and it will be as if CEBAF is in your living room.
