[PEPPo] pedestal and table installation - PLEASE READ

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Beginning tomorrow Tuesday 9/13 and for the remainder of the week there 
will be activities to install the region 1-3 pedestals and also to 
position the region 4 polarimeter table in its final location.  This 
means the alignment, installation and gun groups will have the right of 
way to the area to support this work.  In order to accommodate this 
movement of the polarimeter table we will temporarily relocate the 
detector to a safe location in advance.

Please coordinate any other tasks with me.
