Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Some brief thoughts -

1. INSTALLATION TASKS - Tasks for the mechanical installation of the 
beam line will begin soon, hopefully by next week.  I will provide 
advance warning to avoid scheduling conflicts. Please pay attention to 
new signs, safety barriers, ropes, etc.  If you are not sure, just ask.

2. ISB TESTING - I put a couple roll-around scope carts in the ISB - 
please use, but clean up so others have the same good option.  I have 
moved the small desk behind the racks so we have a place so sit with 
computer - although I suppose we need a chair or two.

3. CABLES & CONNECTORS - I noticed some many dozen lemo style cables 
tangled and twisted between tools, etc.  In sum, these are hundreds if 
not ~thousand dollars worth of materials.  Worse yet, is the experience 
of lost hours wasted tracking down a problem to a damaged cable.  Spend 
the time/effort to keep stuff organized, find a bin or box or hanger.  
Please don't stand on cables, connectors.   Mark/remove bad cables, etc.

4. PENDING CLEANUP - Likewise, as we get closer to the end of this month 
materials no longer needed in the tunnel should be removed.  Materials 
needed downstairs may be stored in the locker, likewise there is a 
nearly empty cabinet in the ISB for all of the electronics and spare DAQ 
parts.
