[PEPPo] BS work summary

> 0. Began w/ opportunistic access to add steel shielding to Compton detector
> 1. First cw beam measurement tests using the Compton transmission polarimeter
> 2. Successfully measured induced PITA charge asymmetry on all 9 detector crystals
> 3. Successfully measured experimental asymmetry with ~correct magnitude and sign flip w/ target magnetization
> 4. Tested all modes of DAQ under various conditions; very good commissioning phase
> 5. Used collimators to measure position of beam inside spectrometer vacuum chamber
> 6. Measured radiation, vacuum and Compton background w/ cw beam on 3 Tungsten targets (0.1, 0.5, 1.0mm)
> 7. Setup and transport lower beam energy ~3MeV (extact TBD) to end of spectrometer.
> 8. Finally, Sue Witherspoon is working the last ~hour on collimator software controls
