[PEPPo] Readiness review

Dear all,

I upload on the wiki at the "General Document" link the latest version  
of the slides for the readiness review of tomorrow.

A lot of EXCELLENT Events did happen today where we measured for the  
first time
Compton asymmetries with the 6.2 MeV polarized electron beam. A big  
step towards the more difficult task of measuring positrons and the  
result of the hard work of all of us.
