[PEPPo] Readiness Review

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

Today's readiness review, albeit rather long at 3.5 hours, went well.  
There was I believe a thorough discussion of the points we prepared, 
good feedback, and alternative suggestions from the committee and 
interested persons who attended. The committee will depost their report 
to Arne and us by next Friday, and then we can digest it.  I don't see 
any show stoppers, but expect the committee's recommendations will be 
beyond our punchlist - that's OK.

In the meantime, we should stay focused on the most important items at 
hand - connecting all the magnet power supplies, completing model decks, 
addressing the BCM receiver noise floor and converging on a solution for 
the integration mode.  If these are within you purview then Eric and I 
look forward to hear of your progress.

On Monday, Eric and I will attend a meeting to discuss scheduling 
PEPPo.   At a minimum, expect news.
