[PEPPo] Schedule meeting

  Dear Collaborators,

  As Joe was announcing in a previous mail, some news about PEPPo 
scheduling.

  Considering the constraints of everybody and following the 
traditionnal factor 2 for the
  machine efficiency, we proposed an overall running time of 28 days 
organized in 2
  full running (24 h/day) weeks followed by 3 weeks running over 
evening/nigth (12h/day)
  and week-ends.

  The discussion was constructive and the two source of conflicts with 
12 GeV activities
  appear on the cryogenic side, if PEPPo extends beyond 4 calendar weeks 
after the
  physics shut-down, and on the north linac work about the beam 
recombiner which is
  supposed to start on day 1 of the shut-down. The impact of our 
proposal on this latter
  work will be re-evaluated, and a decision about PEPPo scheduling will 
be taken before
  february 20th.

  Waiting for this decision, Joe and I would like to ask you to preserve 
the time period
  between May 20th and June 24th and hold-on further committments for 
that period
  during the 2 coming weeks.

  We will let you know the final decision as soon as we will be informed.
