Hi Joe,
This is very good news. Thursday is actually perfect for me as I do not have any class to teach on that day. Any time is fine with me.

The director of operations (aka Arne) has reinforced that accelerator development "Beam Studies" will be a priority during this period at the rate of 12 hours/week, nominally each Wednesday from 8am to 8pm. You can read Arne's memo below, but note PEPPo is second in priority. This is all very good news.

I realize we have busy schedules and commitments, so hopefully we can make this work, even if it must occur early or late in the day. By the end of this week please send me your (un)availability for Thursdays, ideally to put in place beginning next week.
