Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

We will have our first meeting of the new year tomorrow, Thursday 
January 12th at 11am EST.  The local meeting room is ARC 428 and the 
call-in number is 757-269-6121.  If you need to be called then please 
post your number on the wiki as a reminder.

Tomorrow's agenda:
1. Work updates since last meeting (shutdown activities, analysis 
activities)
2. Beam studies updates (summary of yesterday's work, punchlist items, 
propose future tests)
3. Special Topic - Discussion of upcoming Readiness Review (Jan. 27th 
9:30am-1:30pm)

The wiki page is blank and ready for your updates; please submit your 
contribution in /advance /of the meeting and keep in mind that your 
slides/information should be understandable even without your 
intervention, i.e., for those that cannot make the meeting or in
