[PEPPo] PEPPo commissioning document - requires your action

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Documentation for the PEPPo readiness review is due COB this Friday, 
January 20th to the review committee.

If you were not at last week's group meeting then I suggest you read the 
charge and requirements of the review posted at last week's group 
meeting wiki link.  Tomorrow I will post to our group disk the folder 
with library of files which will be provided to the committee. Perhaps 
the key document being provided is our Commissioning Plan.  This 
identifies our objectives and sequenced plan to bring the PEPPo 
apparatus safely to life.

I have attached the present version 7 as a Word document (and a helper 
PDF file) and ask you provide Eric and I your included comments by 
Wednesday 11pm EST.  The plan is both subjective and likely to change, 
meaning please keep in mind that we are targeting a helpful document for 
the review and sensibly evolve our plan later.

I will do my best to integrate all comments for discussion on Thursday 
at 11am.
