[PEPPo] [Bteam] Beam Study Schedule for Wednesday Jan 18th: Subtle change

In looking over the plan, I swapped the PEPPo with the raytrace beam
study. My argument for this is that this is simpler transition making
the period more efficient. Sorry for the late change.
Studies scheduled with 0 time are either parasitic (79Hz) or are
tentatively scheduled. Tentatively scheduled beam studies will get time
if the scheduled beam studies finish ahead of schedule or if there is no
physics program.
