[PEPPo] remaining clock and production hours

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

It will likely never be said that the logistics and scheduling process 
for PEPPo was a no-brainer.  With that in mind it is timely to update 
and summarize the remainder of the run period as foreseen:

1. Beginning Monday, June 11th and lasting until the end of the run the 
following will apply:

_Weekdays (M-F):
_

  * 0000-0600: OWL PEPPo shift; however beam terminates at 6am, shift
    crew may leave
  * 0600-1500: Injector will be Restricted Access; PPE is closed toe
    shoes, long pants, long sleeves
  * 1500-1600: Operations will restore Injector/NL to Beam Permit
  * 1530         : Daily RC meeting will continue as usual in MCC
  * 1600-2400: SWING PEPPo shift

_Weekends (S-S):
_

  * 0000-0800: OWL PEPPo shift
  * 0800-1600: DAY PEPPo shift
  * 1600-2400: SWING PEPPo shift

2. The last two days of the PEPPo run period is being allocated to Beam 
Studies.  Consequently, the PEPPo run is presently scheduled to end on 
Wednesday, June 27th at 0800.  In this case, the remaining shifts 
through Friday, June 30th will be cancelled however those already signed 
up will receive shift credit.

3. Considering the unusual scheduling it is worthwhile to consider the 
following, as of today:

  * By heart-beats, we are 44% (14.5 days / 33 days) complete
  * By viable shifts, we are 54% (43.5 shifts / 80.75 shifts) complete

4. The PEPPo end of run party will be Thursday, June 28; details TBD
