I've placed a proposal for the remaining 14shifts at:
https://positron.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Arne%27s_proposal we will
discuss the end game this afternoon in the control room. Here is my
prioritized list that I used to populate this schedule, clearly we
cannot do everything we want to and some hard choices have to made.
Hopefully we make smart ones.....

      1.1 Priorities

  * MUST Measurements in or required by the proposal
  * SHOULD Measurements that support (but not required) proposal goals
  * LIKE Measurements that are of general interest for positrons and
this is a unique time to make these measurements.
  * As of this note: total number of shifts: 14

      1.2 Table of tasks

What Priority BeamTime Comment

	(shift)
0.1mm 3.2MeV/c Must 4 goal 20M events
e+ E profile Must 1 requires DAQ change

	Total 5
0.5mm 3.2MeV/c or 0.1mm 4.2MeV/c Should 5 goal 20M events
e- E profile calibration Should 1 Calibrate E counter

	Total 6
e+ transverse profile Like 1 if FA works
NaI coincidence/Annihilation Like 1 requires NaI reconfiguration
High Quality Mott at End (<2%) Like 0.5
e+ bunchlength Like 1 BFM, DAQ change
PMT5 background run w/ high background Like 0.5 shielding change
e+ bunchlength w/ high background Like 1 BFM, DAQ change, shielding
change
E measurements e+ w/ high background Like 1 DAQ change, shielding change
e+ disc & I_beam scans with high background Like 1 shielding change
Mott 5.5MeV/c Dry Runs Like 4

	Total 13.5
