[PEPPo] end of run party volunteering

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

Thanks to your hard work, we'll have our end of run party on Thursday 
from 3-6pm in CEBAF Center atrium.

If you like, you may volunteer to help make the party a success for our 
collaborators and laboratory community who attend.

1. Eric and I will provide drinks (wine, beer, soda, water), a large 
sheet cake and snacks (fruit, cheese crackers) and all of the 
silverware.  If you would like to bring something to share it would 
certainly be appreciated, but please do not feel obligated.

2. We will need some volunteers to help w/ setup (2:30-3:00pm), service 
(~30 min shifts to pour wine, provide drinks, cut cake) and cleanup 
(6pm).  If you are interested then please let me know which and I'll 
collect names until we're effectively covered.
