[PEPPo] Last RC report

The elog has been down due to database server issues all day, so this 
entry will be brief.   Last night Swing and Owl shift completed the 
systematic studies with the positron beam.     The focus tonight will be 
MOTT studies and a precise measurement of the  electron polarization.    
So Joe's email for the plan.

I have hopes to not be here after 3pm today, so  the daily RC meeting is 
canceled.   For those who feel lost without gathering around the MCC 
discussion table from 3:30 to 4:30, please feel free to gather and discuss.

Reminder: *The PEPPo End of Run Party is   Thursday at 3:00pm in the CC 
atrium.*   Please show up early to help set up and stay late to clean up.
