Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

We should be ready to execute our PEPPo plans tomorrow Wed 5/9.

Those interested to discuss these plans will meet in MCC fishbowl @ 
1:30pm today.

_*Injector Access - starts 8:30am*_
1. Delacruz - Replace camera ITV5D00
2. Wood - Replace fuses on trims for MCS5D03H/V, MCS5D04H/V, MPD5D03A
3. Suleiman - Add scintillator photon veto upstream Compton
4. Hansknecht - opportunity to install electrometer/triax?
5. Grames - Evaluate lead shielding behind target and spectrometer

_*Injector Lock-Up - nominally 10:00am*_
1. Restore injector VL beam to PEPPo cup, centered on capture solenoid
2. Optimize photon veto detector (de-x-ray-opto-mizer-tron)
3. Select and optimize degraded e- beam @ 6 or 3 MeV (target + lens + 
collimators)
4. Switch polarity and repeat in positron mode
