[PEPPo] PEPPo shift opportunities

Dear PEPPo Collaborators:

Good news, PEPPo expert shifts thru May are /nearly /full.  Just two 
more SWE shifts to fill on _5/25 SWING_ and _5/30 DAY_.  These may be 
filled by existing SWE, Beam or DAQ experts.

Wait, even better news!  Folks new to PEPPo are beginning to sign up for 
the SWN (shift worker newbie).  Many SWN shifts are still available 
during the first ~week.  These provide a great opportunity to contribute 
to the commissioning tests.  Early participation also allows more 
opportunity to take more responsibility as the experiment evolves.
