  *Daily RC Report 5/25:*
Making good progress, we've completed quad centering to define 0L02-0L02
"straight" and 5D00-5D01 "PEPPo" BPM positions and saving recoverable
baseline correctors & quads for setup to FC2. Overnight, first pass
checkout of Compton integration mode performed w/ LV=off/on, varied
rates and PITA. Initial results indicate analysis code needs some
modification and if successful, this checkout will again be performed on
OWL. In meantime, on DAY shift cryounit was varied and beam momenta of
7.85MeV/c (max tested), 7.24MeV/c(max spectrometer will transport) and
5.56MeV/c mid-range value setup. So, good progress on learning process
to set or measure the beam momentum. SWING shift will focus on setting
quadrupoles at different momentum setup(s) to set spot size at T1 or
~T2, and if time permits first checkout of the annihilation detectors.
Also on DAY shift, three methods to change target polarization while
measuring pick-up voltages were tested so we may choose/write down a
procedure.
