[PEPPo] PEPPo weekly meeting

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

We will resume a weekly PEPPo collaboration meeting.  The purpose of the 
meeting will be to coordinate, present and discuss analysis reports.  In 
order to be effective, we will keep to a pre-defined agenda and meet for 
no more than one hour.  This means working meetings should be held 
separately and at the discretion of those doing the work.

Based on preliminary input we propose the weekly meeting for Tuesday 
9-10am EST.  If this is generally not a good time for you then please 
let me (grames at jlab.org) know by Thursday Oct 4; in which case we will 
make the effort to survey the collaboration w/ a web based app in order 
to find a better time.
