[PEPPo] Weekly Analysis Meeting

Dear PEPPo Collaborators:

I'd like to thank those for prompt feedback helping determine our weekly 
analysis meeting time.  In order to keep the meeting during 'working 
hours' for all collaborators I propose the meeting /time /as follows:

0800-0900 -  Idaho
1000-1100 - Virginia
1600-1700 - France/Italy

Most conflicts occur Tuesday, so I propose we meet at the above time on 
another weekday.    To keep this simple, please e-mail me 
(grames at jlab.org) by Thursday COB _only if you __cannot_ meet on a day 
other than Tuesday in the time slot above.  I will optimize on this and 
let everyone know by Friday the conclusion. To be slightly more 
sophisticated about this, please weigh in only if you plan to attend at 
least ~half of the time.
