ORISE got a license for only 500 Zoom participants so over 100 folks couldn't get in.   Slide 9 shows desired programs/projects at 3x the expected budget scenario, so hard choices were made.  Bottom line as I see it: preserve FNAL, LHC-HL, LSST South Pole work. Slides 25, 26, 42.
