I chose not to email my document to the group yesterday because it will 
likely fix the parameter space.  I hope that you will think about the 
issue through the weekend.  If you wish to have me append your thoughts 
to my document, with or without attribution, please convey them to me by 
COB Monday.  Email, in person, anonymous notes slipped under my office 
door....
