Dear Colleagues and LEEPP Speakers,

We would like to remind you about the registration and abstract submission for the LEEPP @ JLab workshop before october 24th.

Practical information can be found at the link https://www.jlab.org/conference/LEEPP where you will be guided through the process. Note that any non-JLab staff participant have to submit a specific registration to access the lab and eventually participate to the facility tour. Everything is included in the registration form. Please register as soon as possible.

Once registered, may you please also upload an abstract of your presentation at the link https://indico.jlab.org/event/964/ .

For your convenience, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the JLab Residence Facility and the nearby Newport News Marriot at the City Center. You can also find other hotel location through your preferred trip planner.
