[Pi0tff] [EXTERNAL] Re: [PRad] HyCal test plan this week

Yes, it'll be great to discuss the preparations and plans for the HyCal
test in this week's meeting and probably schedule a dedicated meeting later.
With Jingyi's help, we can set up a cosmic test with HyCal later this
Summer/Autumn and then take the cosmic data for a few months.
We'll know the current status of HyCal (which modules need to be fixed) and
test the new DAQ system with flash ADCs. This benefits all the approved
experiments.
