[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Re: the next collaboration meeting

Dear Ashot,

The pi0 transition form factor measurement at very low Q2 is part of 12 GeV primakoff program developed by the PrimEx collaboration. It was approved by three 12 GeV PAC special reviews and was  one of  physics programs driving JLab 12 GeV update.  In order to have this physics to "be included in the package of PRad-II and DRad" as stated in your drafted plan for the PRad collaboration meeting ,  it should be appropriate to discuss this issues with the authors of  JLab 12 GeV primakoff proposal first.

Subject: [PRad] the next collaboration meeting


  Dear PRad Collaborators,

 The next PRad collaboration meeting will take place on Friday,
 November 1, 2019 at JLab.

 The main focus of this meeting will be the development of two proposals,
 PRad-II and DRad for the upcoming PAC. Therefore, please use the
 remaining time to complete the old ideas and tasks, as well as,
 come up with the new once.

 And, for sure, we will need to have a small celebration of the big work
 done for the PRad (Friday evening, details need to be discussed).

 The draft work-plan that was emailed earlier is also attached here as
 the starting point for the preparation of this meeting.
